Telephone number will be 050-6866-4167. The reception hours are from 10 o’clock to 17 o’clock. There are times when you can not answer the phone such as radio conditions, driving a car, surfing etc. If you can not connect, please call again.

• 15 minutes by car from Amami Airport
• From Amami Airport by bus 13, to Nebara, 20 minutes, charge 500 yen. Bus stop, 5 minutes on foot from Nebara.Bus transit guide
• 30 minutes by car from Amami Nase
• Amami Naze, bus stop 49 from West Court to No. 13 Nebara, 40 minutes, charge 760 yen. Bus stop, 5 minutes on foot from Negara.Bus transit guide

Amami airport transfer by guest house administrator . Please inform us of necessary one at the time of reservation. Sometimes it will be bundled with other customers.

Cancellation policy and payment method

Payment is required at check-in. Customers paying by card will be charged 3.5% extra fee. Please pay in cash as much as possible.

Cancellation must be made two days in advance. Cancellation on the previous day will be charged 50%, cancellation on the day on 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
